Nicole DiBella
Nicole is a native Mainer who, as the product of "crunchy" parents, learned about healthy, whole-grain, natural bread from a young age.
Nicole trained at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, and at the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France.
She and her husband Rob live in Stonington, CT with their bread-colored pup Dottie.
